Many rely on informal networks that do not emphasize written articulation of business models.
Flexible multi-year support enables nonprofits to embed writing instruction inside South Carolina's certified workforce centers rather than creating parallel programs. This approach reduces duplication and allows instructors to reference the state's specific occupational codes when designing workshop content.
Workforce Requirements for South Carolina Applicants Entities must hold current registration as a training provider with the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce.
